Among the most active Hololive English branch is Kiara Takanashi, a Vtuber who is coming up on her fifth year performing with Cover. She’s also quite prolific, working on original songs, covers, conducting interviews on Holotalk, and streaming games. Siliconera got a chance to catch up with her following the release of “Perfume” to talk about her latest song, other tracks, and plans for the future.

Jenni Lada: You just released your most recent song, “Perfume.” How long was it in production, and what sorts of challenges did you face when preparing it?

Kiara Takanashi: There were some delays for the release, as I was originally gonna release it in December, so the song was already ready for quite a while. For my 3D music videos, my MV maker Kanauru usually speeds through it in only 1 month after I provide my recorded motion data! But 1-2 months before the MV making process starts, and a little bit into the process, I was also working on the creation of the 3D model. Deg it, illustrating it, and then supervising the process of it being turned into 3D. 

Also, another thing being done simultaneously was the digital jacket design. I had a very specific image in my had of a perfume bottle standing right on the edge of a pool, with sunlight throwing some strong shadows and all that. The challenge throughout all of

this is handling so much on my own, due to not being with a music label! It gives me more creative freedom, but it is also a lot more stressful.

For the “Perfume” music video, you designed your outfit for it. How did you go through that process, and were there any specific real-world designs you used as inspiration for it?

Kiara Takanashi: I think this time I did not have anything as inspiration, I just knew from the start that I wanted a very flowy, cutesy, girly dress, with 2 layers in the skirt part so that when I would turn during a dance, you could see the 2 layers twirl separately.

I did have inspiration though for the hair, actually. I wanted really straight and long hair, because I had seen [Jang] Wonyoung from IVE slay with that kind of hairstyle a lot, and it looked so

sophisticated, so I thought this is what I need. I feel like a lot of the time we Vtubers will have big, fluffy, spikey or curly hair, with over the top design elements and all that, but I just wanted it

to look somewhat realistic and elegant for this purpose.

Finishing everything up with some pretty diamond accessories, because at least in 3D they do not cost millions to produce, I think I managed to bring the whole look of a sophisticated, cute

girl together quite well, and my fans hopefully saw a very different me this time.

You released your first album, Point of View, back in 2023. With “Chimera,” “Mirage,” and “Perfume” released in 2024 and 2025, are you currently working on a second one?

Kiara Takanashi: I am not - but I am thinking about it! Again, since I am not with a music label, making a single is already quite stressful sometimes, but a whole album was more challenging than I had anticipated. But who knows, I might want to give it a try again!

You applied for Eurovision 2024. Would you consider applying for the 2026 competition?

Kiara Takanashi: Perhaps yes! I think they may have not been quite ready yet for something like a Vtuber, because the logistics already seem difficult to produce for them, but I think it could make for some interesting headlines for them and for us, and I would love to be on such a big stage, at an event that is so important to that part of the world that I am from.

You worked on a number of duet covers recently with fellow Hololive like La+ Darknesss and Sakamata Chloe. What does the process look like for preparing these performances?

Kiara Takanashi: Usually the one inviting the other handles the whole process, like finding an artist to draw the illustrations and giving them the instructions - also the music video creator. I was so focused the past 2 years on my original songs that I was not making many song covers, but there were some recent bangers from my favorite song creators that I could not just let go uncovered.

Sakamata Chloe had also announced her graduation, and since our performance of “WILDCARD” was so well received at holofes 2024, I wanted to make sure that people can listen to it publicly eternally. So, I decided to whip up a song cover version of it and I am so glad that she had time to record it!

For Laplus, people have been seeing some kind of connection between us for a while because she openly praises my music a lot, and both of us are quite the dancers. Recently we have been

bonding a bit more than usual, and there was this song, “FAKE HEART,” that I really wanted to cover. It is originally already a duet song, and I thought her voice would fit the role of Kagamine Len perfectly! Maybe at some point, we can also perform it in 3D!?

You recently participated in Enigmatic Recollection: The Chains of Fate with fellow Hololive English . What kind of preparation goes into that type of roleplay? Are there any tricks you use on the fly to help keep up with lore and establish your character behind the scenes?

Kiara Takanashi: To be honest, this is the second time for this event, and I struggled both last time and this time with it, mostly due to language. I think my English is very fluent and for everyday streaming, there are no issues for me to find the words that I need to say. But ENReco is kind of in this medieval atmosphere, so I need to try to speak like that if I want to really blend in. I actually love that kind of medieval stuff, but talking like that in a foreign language is still a big challenge for me.

Regardless, I really committed this time and spent a lot of time streaming the project, even though the streams were at 3AM-7AM my time roughly, for 8 days in a row. Sunlight was not witnessed for a while, but many exciting and chaotic moments have been shared!

We’ve seen a number of Hololive Vtubers perform themes for projects like anime series, and in the past you acted as the Tales of Arise ambassador for Bandai Namco. How would you feel about getting to be the featured singer for an anime or game opening, and is there any specific title you’d consider a dream project?

Kiara Takanashi: Recently I actually had that honor, by singing an opening for One Piece - not alone though! Together with a couple others, but it was super cool to hear my voice through the TV throughout March 2025, when it was aired. It was a cover song of an older iconic opening song, “WE GO!,” which was super fun to record.

But if I were able to do such a thing one day as the sole singer, that would of course be even more awesome. I would always be open for it, may it be for a game or for an anime. My own song have been mostly following a more western direction, but I used to sing in a more JPOP style too, and still love that kind of anison genre very much. It’s just so much fun! So hopefully one day I get that chance again!

I know Japanese creations like games and animes also like make songs that feature german lyrics because they sound cool to them, so … Just as a reminder, German is my first language… Wink wink!

Your Holotalk show show essentially turned into not only a project to help better introduce people worldwide to people from other branches, but as something of a means of commemorating departing individuals like Gawr Gura, Nanashi Mumei, Fauna Ceres, and Amelia Watson. How do you feel about this project after conducting these interviews for coming up on five years, and do you have any other goals for the show going forward? Could we see some Indonesia branch appear?

Kiara Takanashi: Even though I have already done so many episodes, I always feel super nervous during these. Preparing them is always a bit of work, and I want to do each talent justice with the questions and information shared. Recently I have done these graduation episodes too, which gives me that pressure even more so, but I am so glad I get a chance to take a deeper look into their

activities one last time and share it in both English and Japanese, so that Japanese fans of these girls may also understand a bit more, if they don’t speak English.

Indonesian , just like English have been on my mind for this for a long time, I was just gonna do Japanese first for the longest time - The only reason why I started

the English ones earlier than planned was the graduations… But! Perhaps it is finally time to get to my lovely friends from Indonesia soon!

Speaking of which, you’re coming up on five years with Cover and Hololive. What kinds of goals would you like to pursue in 2025 and 2026?

Kiara Takanashi: 2025 is going by so fast, we are already halfway through… I am currently preparing for my 3D Birthday live concert - shortly after the big one I had at Easter!! And then soon after that, I will have to prepare for the 3D Anniversary concert with my genmates. The summer is packed!

2024 I had the honor to be part of the first World Tour of ours, so compared to that 2025 maybe looks to be less exciting in of concerts for me. Therefore, hopefully 2026 more opportunities will come my way!

Cover announced that two Holo Indie Hololive Vtuber games already available on PCs will come to the Nintendo Switch in June 2025. Both Hololive Treasure Mountain and HoloParade will debut on June 19, 2025. These will appear worldwide.

The product pages for both of these Hololive Vtuber games are already live on the Switch eShop. Hololive Treasure Mountain MegaPack costs $19.99. This includes the base $8.99 PC game, as well as the Omaru Polka, Shirakami Fubuki, and Usada Pekora DLC packs that were $3.99 each. This means Switch owners are getting a slight discount on the Suika Game style matching puzzle title, as a PC copy with all add-ons would be $20.96. For those unfamiliar, it’s basically a reskinned version of Bexide’s Fruit Mountain.

Meanwhile, the Switch version of HoloParade is the Deluxe Edition of the 2D tower defense game that isn’t dissimilar from the Battle Cats titles. It will be $10. This is actually about a $1.67 discount from the bundle on Steam, as it includes the base game and the Minato Aqua, Shirakami Fubuki, and Usada Pekora DLC. 

Hololive Treasure Mountain MegaPack and HoloParade Deluxe Edition will both come to the Nintendo Switch on June 19, 2025 and feature the base Hololive Vtuber games with all of their add-ons.

Kojima Productions announced that Hololive Vtuber Usada Pekora will appear as an NPC in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. She’ll be one of the Preppers that Sam Porter Bridges can visit and assist during the game. The developer also shared a brief teaser on social media, hinting at what she’ll look like in-game.

The Death Stranding 2 Usada Pekora clip is quite brief, and it does confirm the Hololive Vtuber character model of her original, default costume will appear as her hologram in-game. We first see Sam head to the bunker to make a delivery. As he leaves, we hear Pekora call out to him. He thanks her, and she replies in kind. The entire interaction uses the Japanese voice acting option for the game, so it is unknown if she'll speak in English or Japanese for the English version of the game.

The follow-up tweet only confirms that she is a Prepper NPC we’ll meet and assist. The developer didn’t talk about any other elements tied to her and her appearance. 

It isn’t entirely unexpected that Usada Pekora will appear in Death Stranding 2, as Hideo Kojima talked about the Hololive Vtuber and interacted with her before. First, he shared a post on social media with several screen captures of one of her stream in August 2023. Then in August 2024, she visited the Kojima Productions offices. We often end up seeing people he references online showing up in his projects as guests.

Hololive Vtuber Houshou Marine hit 4 million subscribers on YouTube on May 5, 2025. This makes her the first Japanese Vtuber to hit that milestone. The second most popular Japanese member of the company in Japan is Hoshimachi Suisei with 2.72 million, while the Nijisanji member with the most subscribers is Kuzuha with 1.97 million. Her stream to reach that figure and celebrate was still live as of 10:20am ET on May 5, 2025. 

Here’s the official stream Marine had running as she hit that hallmark and sured it.

Just ahead of the new hallmark, Marine celebrated another occasion. The performer released a new original song, complete with anime music video by Production HASU, on April 29, 2025. That track is called “A Horny Money World,” and you can watch it below.

This means that Houshou Marine got closer to hitting a record number of subscribers set by now-graduated Hololive English Vtuber Gawr Gura. When Gura graduated on May 1, 2025, she had 4.74 million subscribers on YouTube. As mentioned earlier, in third place is Suisei, with 2.72 million people following her as of May 5, 2025. Usada Pekora came in just after with 2.7 million as of that date. The fifth most popular Hololive Vtuber, in of people following her, is Kobo Kanaeru with 2.67 million. 

Houshou Marine is now at 4 million subscribers, and it is currently unknown what sort of special celebration or Hololive Vtuber merchandise could be released to mark the occasion.

Hololive Vtuber fans online started sharing receipts showing how tariffs applied by US President Donald Trump affected merchandise costs, and Myth member Calliope Mori even spoke about the situation. Geek Jack, a company for selling merchandise based on the performers, also announced it is suspending US orders with Chinese products affected by those duties.

One of the most notable reports came from StarlightIdol on social media, as that’s one that prompted Hololive Vtuber Calliope Mori to show up in the replies and comment on the Trump tariffs effect on merchandise. The individual was going tp purchase the Calliope’s Birthday Celebration 2025 $80 Underworld University Sweater and  Eliabeth Rose Bloodflame Birthday Celebration 2025 $30 Lit Top Innit t-shirt. Before the new duties, the price with shipping and taxes would have been $155.12. After the new $201.17 Trump tariffs, the price jumped to $356.29. Calliope then showed up to apologize and express that all she wanted was for fans to enjoy her music and streams.

Mistfist on social media shared the cost of the $100 complete set of Fuwamoco 1 Million Subscribers Celebration items. That is normally $100 in the story, with $42.57 shipping and $8.55 in taxes. The Trump tariffs on their own ended up being $190.41, bringing the overall cost to $341.53. 

As for Geek Jack, it announced it is temporarily holding orders people in the US. This only applies to ones that would include items made in China. People who would still want those orders and be okay with paying the Trump tariff could the company directly with their order number to get it sent. However, those willing to wait won’t incur any additional fees. 

This is one of many effects of the US Trump tariffs inflicted on China and countries worldwide. Square Enix and Good Smile Company paused pre-orders. Also, we saw the cost of the Xbox Series X consoles and controllers go up.

On April 30, 2025, Gawr Gura took part in a number of streams ahead of her graduation from Cover, and among them was a Graduation 3D Mini Live concert and Hololive Myth relay series of streams with Calliope Mori, Kiara Takanashi, and Ninomae Ina’nis. The series of four streams led up to the just-under-30-minute performance. Once it was finished, she shared her last message as Gura on social media, which was “Keep swimming! Always!”

Gura’s last stream ended up being the Graduation 3D Mini Live. It lasted for about 26 minutes. She started with a cover of Tatsuro Yamashita’s “Ride on Time.” That was followed by her first original song, “Reflect.” Then, there was something of a medley of other notable performances from her like “Tokyo Wabi-Sabi Lullaby,” from the HoloHoneyGaoka High School Originals album, the “Shinkiro” duet she did with Houshou Marine only solo, her singing part of the “Myth or Treat” Hololive Myth song, and some of the hololive 4th fes group performance “Our Bright Parade.” She sang her last original song “Ash Again” after that. She closed things out with her final statement to fans, then showed herself in her “room” scene rearranging all five of her Hololive English Myth chibis.

As for the Hololive Myth relay series of streams with Calliope Mori, Kiara Takanashi, Ninomae Ina’nis, and Gawr Gura in honor of her graduation, things began with the quartet going through Minecraft on Calliope’s channel. Then, they went to Kiara’s channel to play Jackbox games like Quiplash and Trivia Murder Party. An Ina stream of Gang Beasts came up after that. That closed out with the four playing Uno on Gura’s channel. 

The last ten minutes of the Uno stream featured the four remaining Vtubers in Hololive English Myth talking about the graduation, talking about their time with Gawr Gura, thanking fans and each other, and all sharing one last time. You can see that below:

Gawr Gura is now no longer with Hololive English, though Cover confirmed it will sell her Dino Gura Vtuber and Ebi-chan shrimp plush one last time in the near future.

Gawr Gura announced her final concert performance, as the Hololive Vtuber will hold a Graduation Mini Live on YouTube at 5pm PT/8pm ET on April 30, 2025.  Her last day with the company is May 1, 2025. 

Details about the Gawr Gura Graduation Mini Live concert are quite slim. She didn’t note how long it will be or how many special guests might appear to sing with her. In the case of Nanashi Mumei’s last concert, it mostly featured her performing solo. This also means we don’t know if she’ll perform her last original song that she released in April 2025, “Ash Again.”

Ahead of this concert performance, we saw two notable, recent streams from Gawr Gura ahead of her graduation. First, she appeared on Kiara Takanashi’s Holotalk, and she performed an unarchived karaoke stream after that.

As a reminder, this marks the second Hololive English Myth departure. Amelia Watson left and stepped back to an role with the company in September 2024. However, because she is an , this means she can return sometimes. She showed up for Kiara’s recent Kiara & Friends: Hip Cover Song Spring Concert to sing a song with her and Koseki Bijou. She showed up at the about the 11 minute mark.

Vtuber Gawr Gura will graduate from Hololive on May 1, 2025. The three remaining of Myth, the first English generation of Vtubers Cover launched, are Calliope Mori, Kiara Takanashi, and Ninomae Ina'nis.

Cover announced that Hololive Vtubers Inugami Korone, Shirogane Noel, and Himemori Luna will be involved in an “May the Fourth” Star Wars celebration stream and project with Disney. Newly drawn illustrations of the Vtubers wearing Jedi robes were also revealed.

The special stream program is scheduled for May 3, 2025, starting at 7pm JST, and it will be held on Inugami Korone’s YouTube channel. As part of the program, the three Vtubers will discuss their shared ion for Star Wars, showcase some of their treasured Star Wars goods, special videos, and a video interview held at the recently held Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025.

Additionally, the “Star Wars Galaxy in Shibuya” event will be held between May 4-19, 2025 at the Shibuya Tsutaya in Tokyo, Japan. a variety of Star Wars merchandise will be available at the venue, and character standees for Korone, Noel, and Luna wearing their Jedi clothes will be on display.

In case you missed it, Gawr Gura will be holding her graduation stream on May 1, 2025, a few days before the Star Wars Day stream. The popular Hololive Vtuber announced her graduation on April 15, 2025.

The Star Wars Day “May the Fourth” Hololive stream with Korone, Noel, and Luna will be held on May 3, 2025. The celebration will continue with an event held between May 4-19, 2025 at Shibuya Tsutaya in Japan.

Cover announced that alongside the graduation of Gawr Gura, the Hololive Official Shop will once again sell the Dino Gura plushie and Ebi-chan plushie. The former is a stuffed animal of the Vtuber in a green dinosaur outfit. The latter is a mascot character that would appear alongside her sometimes in streams and merchandise. While both aren’t available yet, the company noted they’ll relaunch the items “soon.”

As a reminder, it’s been quite some time since the Dino Gura plushie appeared, as it appeared alongside Gawr Gura Birthday Celebration 2022 items in the Hololive Official Shop. To give an idea of how much it might cost when it returns, it was $25 back then. It stands at almost eight inches tall (200mm).

The Ebi-chan plushie is a slightly newer piece of Hololive merchandise. That was part of the Gawr Gura Birthday Celebration 2023. Since it is a keychain stuffed toy and smaller, it cost $15 originally. It is rather long though, as it is almost five inches (125mm).

If you do decide to buy either item from the Hololive Official Shop and live in the US, note that the Donald Trump tariffs will be in effect. As a result, the cost could be 10% to 145% higher than you would expect, depending on whether or not the item is made in China. The official storefront noted what to expect from price increases as a result of that tax.

Gawr Gura will graduate from Hololive English Myth on May 1, 2025, and her Dino Gura and Ebi-chan plushie toys will show up again in Cover’s online storefront in the near futiure.

On April 27, 2025, Hololive English Vtuber Nanashi Mumei held a 3D graduation stream concert, and it remains online for people to watch. It consisted of seven songs, with footage of her with other of the company interspersed. The performance ended with her singing her original song from October 2023, which is called “Mumei.” However, on April 28, 2025, an SME copyright strike resulted in it becoming unavailable on YouTube. It is unknown as of time of writing if it will reappear.

The concert was still available online until about 10am ET on April 28, 2025. However, it then became unavailable and blocked. If people in certain countries try to watch, the following message appears: 

“Video unavailable: This video contains content from SME, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.”

Here’s a track list of all the songs Nanashi Mumei performed during her 3D Hololive graduation concert. The only song that wasn’t a cover was “Mumei.” Also, she only performed one song with other Vtubers, and that was “Hello / How are You” with fellow Hololive English Promise Hakos Baelz, IRyS, and Ouro Kronii.

Leading up to her graduation and final concert, Nanashi Mumei released a number of cover songs on her official Hololive YouTube . One was a cover of “Tontonmae” with Inugami Korone, and another was a “Best Friend” cover with Hakos Baelz. She also released solo covers of “One Voice” and the Wolf’s Rain song “Gravity.”

Cover announced the 1.0 launch of Holoearth, the Hololive and Holostars metaverse project that includes social and a sandbox element, and confirmed the Marketplace with -created items will debut alongside it. That happens on April 24, 2025. Following that, the company will begin work on other additions such as a hololive production official shop, for the company’s Vtubers’ models in-game, concerts and special events, and mobile . 

In the case of the Holoearth Marketplace, it will let people use the Creator Tools to apply original art and designs created by people to apply them to in-game avatar t-shirts and hoodies. These items can also become chat stickers. After creating the art and adding them to an item, these will be submitted to Cover. Once approved, someone can go to their My Shop to decorate a storefront and begin selling any valid items they created at an AL-Tech Terminal. All purchases will use the HoloCoin currency. Once items sell, the people who made them can then get paid for them.

There’s a Holoearth anime-style trailer to celebrate the 1.0 launch as well.

As for the future, that involves more customization options and things to do in Holoearth. The only one with a set date is the hololive production official shop. That “opens” in-game on May 14, 2025. When it does, Hololive Expo 2024 and general Vtuber t-shirts will appear in it. Another goal will be for the project to the Hololive and Holostars’ Vtuber avatars. So performers can use that in-app, with the custom clothing there, when taking part in meet-and-greet moments, special activities, and concerts. More concerts are also planned, with Cover suggesting they’ll be like Protolive and Yamato Phantasia. Finally, some elements of the metaverse will show up on mobile devices.

Holoearth is available for PCs, and the 1.0 version debuts on April 24, 2025.

On April 19, 2025, Hololive Vtuber Gawr Gura released her last song before her graduation, and Casey Edwards composed its music and lyrics. It is called “Ash Again,” and you can watch it on YouTube. Previously, Edwards worked on Devil May Cry 5’s “Bury the Light,” Mortal Kombat 1 stage music like “Cage Mansion,” and will work on Riot Games’ 2XKO. After 24 hours, it ed 1.5 million views on YouTube. 

Here is the full music video for the Gawr Gura last song by Casey Edwards, “Ash Again.” In addition to being a traditional one, it is also a lyric video. It’s all in English, even though she is known for singing in both English and Japanese for both original songs and covers. Mazu is of the animators on the project and also directed it, and the artist also previously worked on “The Broken Promise” for Cover. 

As a reminder, while this is her last song, Gawr Gura released a number of original tracks over the years. Her first one was “Reflect,” which was released in June 2021. That ended up getting over 16 million views so far. Others included “Blue Horizon” and “Tokyo Wabi-Sabi Lullaby,” which were both released in 2023. She performed some original duets after that. One was “Q” with Mori Calliope, another was “Sweet Appetite” with Hakos Baelz, and she sang “Shinkiro” with Houshou Marine. She was part of the unit UMISEA with Marine, Minato Aqua, Sakamata Chloe, and Ninomae Ina’nis too. 

Gawr Gura also took part in one of the last collab streams for Nanashi Mumei on April 20, 2025. Mumei is also graduating from the company, and her last day is April 28, 2025. The two did a “room review” of viewers’ submitted rooms.

Gawr Gura will graduate from Hololive English Myth on May 1, 2025.

Okayunyumu, the Hololive game about basically dating and falling in love with the Vtuber Nekomata Okayu, will appear in English. The official site for the visual novel is now open, as is the Steam product page for the PC version. It will release on August 7, 2025. The game and a demo is already available in Japan, where Switch and PS4 versions are also on sale. The official site and Steam page also confirm the game, known as Okayu Nyumu in Japan, is presented as one word for the localization.

In Okayunyumu, we meet an unusual purple cat that turns into a cat girl after being fed. The two end up living together, and the result is something of a love story. As you spend time together and make decisions, you’ll learn more about the character and her past. You’ll also get to interact with the mysterious Inugami Korone. 

The Steam page offered some details about the English Okayunyumu release, so those who didn’t follow it ahead of the launch of Okayu Nyumu in Japan can know what to expect. Only Japanese audio, which will involve voice acting from Hololive Vtubers Nekomata Okayu and Inugami Korone, will appear in the game. However, English subtitles and menus will be present. There are also two screenshots that show off the English translation.

You can also get an idea of what to expect from the opening movie from the game, which Entergram and the Hololive Vtuber shared online. 

This Nekomata Okayu game isn’t the only Entergram visual novel starring a Hololive Vtuber, as Minato Aqua starred in one as well. Aquarium appeared in 2023. It also appeared in English on PCs following the Japanese debut.

Okayunyumui will come to the PC via Steam in English on August 7, 2025, and the game is already available in Japan on the Switch, PS4, and PC.

Following a Gawr Gura announcement that she would hold an important stream on April 15, 2025, which turned out to be a graduation statement, as the hololive English Myth Vtuber announced she would graduate from Cover. Her last day is May 1, 2025. She cited disagreements with management and company direction. This marks the second member from that generation to leave the company. Amelia Watson stated she’d leave and serve in an capacity in September 2024.

There’s no set schedule for Gawr Gura leading up to the day she will graduate yet, but typically a hololive Vtuber will stream more frequently and collaborate with other performers leading up to that date. It also will be a last chance to get merchandised based on her. For example, we probably won’t see another rerun of the Nendoroid based on her, as Good Smile Company doesn’t make figures of retired Vtubers.

This graduation notice comes after we already saw some indication of Gawr Gura stepping back from certain responsibilities. She stopped showing up on the Tokyo Tourism Ambassadors page, even though fellow hololive Vtubers Mori Calliope and Sakura Miko remained there. However, she was at hololive SUPER EXPO 2025 and performed at hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony.

Hololive Vtuber Gawr Gura announced a new “important announcement” stream that could deal with major news like a graduation for 7:30pm PT/10:30pm ET on April 15, 2025. She didn’t mention what it is about ahead of setting the YouTube video live. In her social media post that brought it up, she noted, “I have to talk to you about something tonight.”

Here’s the official Hololive placeholder on YouTube for the important announcement from Gawr Gura, which could possibly deal with her announcing a graduation from the company or other major issue regarding her future. The image is art of her with a heart next to it by Shironeko, and the only note in the description is a blue heart emoji.

This comes after people noticed online that the Tokyo Tourism Ambassadors site no longer showed Gawr Gura as a representative.
